We have a strict policy of privacy for all our customers. Any
customer details given to us on-line are treated with care and
respect - we only use this information in order to fulfil orders
and do not use this information, or pass it on to others, other
than that for which it was given.
Your credit card details are only kept for a short time on secure
servers and when no longer needed they are deleted from our system
completely - this is in line with UK law. Furthermore, your details
are not held in any file that is open to access from others -
all these details are held on systems using strict ciphering security
and privacy. We use Paypal
to process your credit card orders, and we have complete faith
in their systems.
The shopping cart software is hosted by Mals (http://www.mals-e.com)
on a secure site and has complete consideration for customer privacy.
You can therefore safely purchase books on our site knowing that
we will supply your order promptly and maintain strict privacy
over your details.
Supply of Books
We will normally post your book(s) within one day of receiving
your order by credit card - you should therefore normally receive
your book within three to five days (depending on distance from
the UK). If you have not received your book(s) within 14 days
of purchase then please contact
us. Order with Cheque - If you send your order through the
post with a cheque then we will send your book(s) on day five
from the order having been received (this is due to bank processing)
- again, if you have not received your books within 14 days then
please get in touch.

Publishing Refund Policy
We endeavour to ensure that all books are delivered within 14
days of purchase and that all goods are in a satisfactory condition.
In practice most of our books will be delivered within 3 days
following order. If you do not receive your book(s) or they are
in any way damaged, please contact
us and we will arrange for either a replacement or a full
refund of the purchase cost. Customers have the right to cancel
any order up to 7 working days after placing it to receive a refund.
Returned goods must be in an "as new" condition to qualify for
a refund, and postage costs are not refundable.
